As a 20-year-old college student, I am always on the search for the most beautiful places to visit, and most importantly, the best places to eat. Before I began my semester abroad, I spent my entire summer researching how to get the most out of my international experience. I started by asking older students at my university for any abroad guides that have been passed down throughout the years. After being sent a massive list of countries/cities I needed to visit and restaurants I had to eat at, I was overwhelmed. I am a visual learner, and I wanted to actually see what I was getting myself into. My reason for wanting a travel guide was so that I could pick and choose the places I know would result in making these 4 months abroad my own, unique experience. I found myself reading many travel blogs online, and I fell in love with the idea. It inspired me to create my own blog and travel “guide” for anyone who wants to experience the wonders of traveling around Europe, whether they are able to physically experience it themselves or not. To any fellow travelers, study abroad students, or anyone else who is looking to try new things and explore distant places, I hope reading some of my posts inspires you and helps you along the way!
